great riverside stay

helpful stafflovely viewloud music
The staff was helpful and friendly. the room was lovely, including complimentary soft drinks and water stocked in the fridge. the view was really nice. the location is great. It is in the heart of the quayside and a little away from the noisier parts of the city centre.
Loud music played in the restaurant and , made conversations during check-in hard. i got a disabled room. It was not functional for non-disabled guests. the sink was small and the toilet was not comfortable.
